With nearly 40 years of combined legal experience, the attorneys at Bushway & Waystack are aggressive, polished trial lawyers passionately serving Middle Georgia in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. We opened the doors of our private practice law firm in October 2013, bringing with us a wealth of knowledge and experience from our careers as Assistant District Attorneys for the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit. As former prosecutors, our immense amount of experience in the courtroom truly sets us apart, and we leverage our ability to succeed in court for our clients’ benefit. Our law firm has tried a multitude of cases ranging from death penalty and DUI to divorce and child custody, and has argued before the Georgia Supreme Court and litigated before the Georgia Court of Appeals. As your advocate through the complications arising from criminal charges, family law, or personal injury, our law firm is constantly fighting for your best interests.

in-officeKeeping Our Clients in Mind

At Bushway & Waystack, we are a team of highly skilled, compassionate attorneys and support staff who are dedicated to fighting for justice in your case. We strive to keep the difficult legal process from impacting your life, work, and overall well-being. We enjoy taking the time to get to know our clients, to understand their situation completely, and to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in our abilities.

Keeping Macon at Heart

We are passionate about the people of Middle Georgia and this community in which we live, work, and raise our families. Bushway & Waystack’s office is a true Southern gem located in the heart of Downtown Macon. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and we love its old, refined character. We are proud to be part of the revitalization efforts in downtown, and applaud the work of Historic Macon, Intown Macon, and other organizations that are working diligently to bring growth and prosperity to our city.
